S-1. Job Safety Analysis / OSHA Compliant: Development & Implementation

A Job Safety Assessment or Analysis (JSA) is a tailored survey tool that should be site specific. It will contribute to identifying workplace hazards and unsafe conditions which could lead to accidents. JSAs contribute to the development of procedures which will prevent and /or eliminate the workplace hazards that have been identified. Developing and implementing your JSA will help you meet the personal protective equipment needs and requirements of 29 CFR 1910 Subpart I; 132(d)(1)(2) - Personal Protective Equipment and 29 CFR 1910.119 - Process Safety Management. JSAs contribute to minimize the potential for unsafe acts/conditions.

S-3. Rapid Eye Check Certification Program
|
The cost of pre-employment and random drug testing is prohibitive to many businesses. The Rapid Eye Check is an effective, non-evasive and easily taught alternative to traditional body fluid emit testing. If the subject passes the Rapid Eye Check, nearly 99% will also pass a body fluid emit test. Only those who fail the Rapid Eye Check will need the test, saving you considerable expense!

S-5. Safety IMPACT: A Behavioral Approach to Safety
|
The purpose of this one and a half-day course is to show the participant how to implement the Safety IMPACT Process in their work area as a means of improving overall safety performance. The Safety IMPACT Process integrates all aspects of accident causation (person factors, procedures, conditions and behaviors) into improving safety performance among managers, supervisors and employees.

- Basic knowledge of the "incident box" (person factors, procedure factors, environmental factors and behavior). Skill at identifying these components.
- Knowledge how behave is caused by using the Activators, Behavior, and Consequences models.
