Membership Fee Schedule

After deciding which category your company falls into, please proceed to the Application for Membership.


Section 1.- EMPLOYERS - shall include those organizations having workplace hazards.

Section 2.- TRANSPORTATION - Dues shall be $2.00 per vehicle per year for the first 25, and $1.00 for each additional vehicle, to a maximum of $1,000. Minimum fee of $100 for those firms with less than 38 vehicles.

Section 3. - BANKS, RETAIL, AND HOTELS - shall pay dues on the basis of .20 per employee per year, to maximum of $550. Minimum fee of $100 for those firms with less than 500 employees.

Section 4. - SCHOOLS, PUBLIC EMPLOYERS, GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS - shall pay an annual membership fee of $125. Each division, or branch, of organizations in this category, shall be considered a separate unit for purposes of membership classification.

Section 5. - INSURANCE - shall acquire membership for an annual fee of $600.

Section 6. - CONTRIBUTIONS - will be accepted from organizations, or individuals, desirous of supporting the general program of the Council, or any specific phase of its activity. The Safety Council is a 501c(3) Organization.

Individual $125 (friend of the Safety Council)
Corporate $500 (in excess of dues)

Section 7. - Associate Member $50 (safety and health- student)

MEMBERS SAFETY VIDEO ALLOWANCE - shall apply to those organizations which qualify as members of the Council, as defined in Sections 1 thru 7. They may utilize the Council’s Safety Video service to the full amount of their payment, based on the established charges of the Council for its video. The member shall pay to the Council any additional charges incurred for use of video over and above allowance covered by the membership fee.

Should an organization qualify for more than one type of membership (for example: employer as compared to transportation) it can acquire membership status only by paying the larger amount.
